The present Manual (hereinafter - Guidelines) determines the order of a user registration action, making and enterprise data editing, presented to the user, product (work performed, services rendered), delivery terms and other essential particulars and characteristics of the company and products (works. services) with the project interface internet shopping portal Bashkortostan- Liaoning.

Aims and objectives of the Portal development

Problems encountered:

As a solution to the problem is offered:
- use of internet technology to reduce the barriers to communications entrepreneurs of the two countries, enhance the effectiveness of information exchange in the process of establishing business cooperation;
- provide partners with information on the Territories, industries, markets, services and business entities for the conduct of foreign economic activity of enterprises;
- help to bashkir manufacturers available and qualitatively to present their proposals to Chinese partners;
- to optimize the business costs by using collective marketing tool for foreign trade.
The purpose of the project - to create a web portal that promotes the development of trade and economic relations between the Republic of Bashkortostan and the partner countries through the provision of remote services for the virtual presentation of the region's potential and production enterprises, the implementation of direct online communications with overcoming the language barrier.
The goal of the portal - to inform potential foreign partners about the export potential and contribute to the development of business cooperation, increasing the volume of export turnover of enterprises of the republic.

- when filling in the russian version of the profile - display language switch should be set to "rus";
- in completing the english version of the profile - display language switch should be set to «en».
Fill necessary both options!
To download a logo, use any file with the extension gif | jpg | png | jpeg, desirably no larger than 1 MB.
Click "Save" upon completion of the filling or editing profile.

Goods and groups
Click "Add item" to add an item in your account.

Required fields (all fields are mandatory (except the field "Group")):
"Group" - the selector of groups of goods (if you want to place the goods in the group);
"Item name" - the name of the product;
"HS code" - code selection field HS commodity to bind to the directory of the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity;
"Unit" - selection field units (pieces, kg, liters, etc....);
"Price" - select the currency field and the field price of the goods for the previously specified unit. The price indicated in the selected currency with the two characters after the decimal point for the previously provided measurement unit;
"VAT" - input box VAT amount (in percent). Note that if the price of goods previously include VAT, there should specify the size of the VAT rate to goods with VAT price (eg, 10% or 18%), if the price of goods without VAT, the amount of VAT should indicate - 0 %;
«Incoterms» - choice field conditions of delivery of the goods (in accordance with the international rules of Incoterms 2010) for the previously specified price;
"Net weight" - the input box net weight units indicated earlier product. Net weight stated in kilograms with three characters after the decimal point;
"Gross weight" - input box gross weight unit of goods specified earlier. Gross weight indicated in kilograms with three characters after the decimal point;
"Expiration" - unit selection field expiration date (year / years, months, days..) and the input field of expiration;
"In stock" - the characteristics of the input field presence in a warehouse (for example, "yes", "available", "pre-order", etc.);
"OKVGUM" - the choice of field of the form (type) commercial packaging in accordance with the National Classification of cargo, packages and packaging materials;
"Units in transport package" - an input field the number of units (in the previously mentioned units) in the transport packaging;
"Minimum lot" - the input field the minimum consignment (in these earlier units);
"Item description" - the entry field of detailed information about the product;
"Item image" - goods picture upload field. To download product photos, use any file extension gif | jpg | png | jpeg, preferably not more than 0.7 megabytes.
Upon completion of the filling product, click "Save".
Once an item is in the list of products it is possible to edit it, you can also attach a picture to the photo gallery of the goods and documents (scanned copies of certificates, etc.) to the product.
To edit the product, press("pencil").
Product editing is done by main-tabs:
"Main" - commodity information entered previously. In this tab, you can edit previously entered information on this product;
"Gallery" - tab to upload product photos to create photo galleries. To download product photos, use any file extension gif | jpg | png | jpeg, preferably not more than 0.7 megabytes. "Documents" - tab to download documents (eg scanned copies of certificates, etc.) of the product. Note: Be sure to assign the file a name - before downloading (file types: any).
In order to give the product name and description in English, - switch the language.
