It is built in 1875–1901. Here, in the centre of Ufa, in his own estate the merchant Gustav Nagel kept a sausage factory, two two-stored stone buildings with some household services. In the shop, on the first floor of his house, he sold wholesaled and retailed goods. In 1924 he organized the sausage company "Nagel & K".
