The holiday house is situated on the shore of the lake Shamsutdin. It accommodates up to 250 people.  The conditions of dwelling: 3 corpuses with 2,3 placed numbers, summer houses, conveniences are outdoor.  Catering: the full board according to the menu.  Additional services: a cafe with a bar, a shop, a billiard, a sauna, fishing in summer and in winter. In winter there is a ski-track along the lake.
