This is the main building of the architectural complex on the Soviet square. The complex was built after the Victory in the Great Patriotic War; its architectural style aimed to emphasize the greatness and firmness of the soviet system. And now the Soviet square impresses with its monumentality. Striking of the clock is heard far around, especially in the evening when the city noise disappears. Usually the square is full of cars, but in winter, before the New Year, it becomes the center of childhood and fun. High Christmas tree sparkling with the garlands of lights, an ice town with steep climbs, ice figures and pancake house are traditionally set up on the square.
