The building was built in 1902. The Philharmonic Hall was opened in 1939. In 1987 an organ was installed here, now there are two concert halls – the Big one and the Organ one. There is an "Alley of Stars" consisting of fir trees planted by persons of art on the territory near the Philharmonic Hall.
