It is a stone four-stored building looking solemn and strict. It was built in 1840 in the style of Russian classicism (architects Trofimov and Kudinov) on the funds of the Birsk merchant Yudin. In 1920s in this building there was Vladimir Lenin’s school of the second degree. Now it is the Ministry of Industry and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
