The building was built in 1910 for the commercial college. From October 1941 to May 1943 the evacuated from Moscow the management of Ispolkom Kominterna was located here and the following members of its presidium worked here: K. Gotvald, G. Dimitrov, V. Kolarov, I. Koplenig, O. Kuusinen, D. Manuilski, A. Marty, V. Pik, M. Torez, P. Toliatti, V. Florin, D. Ibarrury. Later the memorial board was established here. In 1977 the Museum of International Friendship was opened here. The Ufa Aviation College is situated here in the present time.
