Adress: Salavat Yulayev Prospect

It is the architectural memorial of the XIX century. The estate was built on Malaya Ilinskaya Street (now Salavat Yulayev Prospect) in the Russian and Byzantine style. The building has a rectangular form and 25x15 meters in size with a 7,5x9m two-stored household attachment. It has a firm foundation almost 4 meters deep with the walls of 0,8 meters thick. In the beginning of the XX century Tushnov gave his house to the city for making hospital for consumption patients. The estate was to be pulled down when they were building a wide highway. Thanks to the city public the memorial of architecture was saved.
