It is the former Zaikov’s Dokhodniy house built in 1895. Since 1914 it began to be called the hotel "Astoria". After the revolution there were the Ufa municipal executive committee and the regional party committee in the building, since 1956 – the hotel "Ufa", now – "Ufa-Astoria".
