Owned by merchant A.A.Nogarev, this is a two-storeyed mansion built of red brick. It was built in the end of XIX – beginning of XX centuries under the influence of the style of Russian Classicism, the facades are designed in the style of modern. It is a part of the architectural ensemble of the houses including the former building of the hotel «Metropol» on Lenin Street. From the middle of the 1920s there was the Bashkir College of Music in the estate, since 1932 – a maternity hospital, since 1978 – College of Music.
