The complex consists of four buildings. The main building is the corner one; it was built in about 1897 in the brick style (architect P. Lanevski). The corner accent is expressed by the round balconies and the upper construction in the form of an octahedral drum with the cupola covering. The City Duma, the City Justice and the City Bank were located here. In 1919–1950 here was the Ufa City Council. Now it is the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
