Adress: Tukaev Street, 23
This is the memorial of history and architecture of the XIX century. It was built in 1850 on Frolovskaya Street (now Tukaev Street) according to the project of the architect A.D. Zakharov. The two-stored stone building was built in the style of late classicism; it stands out for its right proportions. The frieze along the facade divides the strict in decoration first floor from the second which is more elegant. The entrance to the building is formed with a big cast-iron decorative curtain. Amateur theater performances took place here before the construction of Aksakov’s National House. After the revolution of 1917 there was Ufa Worker and Soldier Deputies Council, since 1920s – some medical institutions, since 1999 – the Ministry of Health of Republic of Bashkortostan.
