It is the memorial from gray granite, it stands on a hill (Leningrad sculptor V.I. Syichev). It was founded in 1970 to commemorate Alexander Tsurupa’s 100th anniversary (1870–1928). In 1905–1918 he worked as a warden atthe prince Kugushev’s estates in Ufa province, then he was People’s Commissar of food suppliers of the Russian Socialist Federation of the Soviet Republic, the chairman of the State Plan of the USSR, and People’s Commissar of the internal and foreign trade of the USSR.
